Recruitment, on behalf of a small Italian company in Budapest, is looking for an energetic and precise backoffice supervisor to cover the areas of Office Management, Administration, Finance and VendorManagement. The volumes of each of these tasks are not more than average and the activity is usually supported by one or two assistants.

What will you do on daily basis?

You will be:

Responsible for day-to-day office operation – including administration, accounts payable and receivable (according to policy), office supply, procurement, vendor and supplier management, inventory, mail handling, etc.;

Responsible for facility management – including property rental, involving the suppliers for maintenance and cleaning services, office redesign etc.;

Single point of contact for office operation related partners (landlord, maintenance, cleaning, etc.) and internal staff of dedicated assistants for any office related requests,

Responsible for controlling compliance of ongoing processes with current policies;

Arrange and organize company travels – book flights, accommodation, contact with travel agencies;

Mobile phone fleet management (very few devices);

Coordinates and supervises Back Office team, including Office Assistant and IT Specialist;

Issuing invoices or processing outgoing payments;

To cover this role, the following requirements should be met:

Minimum 1 year of previous experience in office management or administration;

Bachelor or relevant experience in related fields;

Excellent written and oral communication skills in Hungarian and Italian;

Superior organizational skills with demonstrated ability to priorities and multi-task;

High level of inter-personal skills to interact with staff, visitors and partners of all levels;

Capacity to work both independently and give directions to a small team of trainees;

Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Work Suite;

Organized and detail oriented;

Team spirit, flexibility, proactive, positive thinking mind-set;

Strong ethics;
